Warranty Registration
We are sure it will give you reliable operation for a long time, but in the unlikely event of a problem arising, manufacturing defects are covered by a limited warranty. To insure that you are covered, please remember to fill in the warranty registration form that will accompany your product as soon as you receive it and return it promptly to us. Please provide all the requested information, and don't forget to affix the enclosed Meteor product ID label with serial number, to avoid any delays in registering your warranty.
If you have any questions about other Meteor products in the range, need more information, or need service assistance, contact Meteor during our regular business hours.
Note: We do not accept collect calls! Meteor products are distributed through a nationwide dealer network. Sales enquiries from end-users will be referred to your nearest dealer. We do provide end-user service and warranty repair support, however, you should contact your re-seller first as he may be able to provide you with faster service without long-distance carriage costs.
