Color Mixing Floodlight

An amazing new concept in stage lighting, the SPECTRE provides the user with an almost limitless choice of colors by mixing three 500 Watt lamps, one red, one green and one blue through dichroic filters. The internal microprocessor interpret the users requirements and calculate what percentage of each color is needed to create the color wash desired.

From vivid prime colors to gentle pastels the SPECTRE can create them all and with no moving color wheels or scrolls the color change viewed by the audience is absolutely seamless.

Control is simplicity itself via. either DMX, 0-10 Volts or MIDI, all that is required is three channels. Channel one is a dimmer which controls the brightness from 0 - 100%. Channel two controls the color selection, moving the slider through 0 -100% gently taking the colors through 12 colors and all intermediate shades. Channel three allows the operator to choose any pastel of a selected color (e.g. If channel 2 in set to red then channel 3 will allow all pastels from solid  red  to a hint of pink)
