Omni PC Link

Omni PC Link has been developed to allow the uploading and downloading of data between the Omni's RS232 port and a PC COM port. All information relevant to Objects, Scenes, Chases, and Shows, as well as all Global Settings, can be stored and retrieved, giving the user the ability to back up his work should anything happen to the Omni. But Omni PC Link is much more than a backup utility:

Each project a lighting designer does can be archived so the Omni's memory can be cleared for each new project.

Should a designer have several different rigs he sends out, all data relevant to that particular Omni can be uploaded to the rig.

Designers with several venues or companies with numerous regional offices can program a light show from one place and send the data via modem or mail to the seperate sites, ensuring a uniformly high level of light show.

• IBM compatible computer, 386 processor or higher
• Windows 3.1, Windows 95, or Windows NT
• 20KB hard disk space
